I feel complete with who and where I am. Through gratitude and intentional thought and action, I create alignment with my beliefs. When I am in integrity, I honor all aspects of my being and let go of any judgment and attachment that might divide me or leave me feeling broken. I am whole in all my imperfection and brilliance.

It was a delicious summer day – sunshine, comfortable temperature, slight breeze, no humidity. The kind of day that calls you outside to relish Mother Nature’s gifts. I went for a bike ride, and, oh, it was so wonderful coasting along! (I’ve written about the joy of bike riding before: First Spring Bike Ride.)

I felt so grounded during the first half of the day (you can read more at In search of wholeness). The opportunity to be away from my computer opened me up and my creativity overflowed…one of those days when the pen moves on the paper, capturing ideas, almost without any effort at all on my part.

[No comment on the second part of the day, which was more like a tornado!]
