Another holiday tradition completed – baking pumpkin bread. Over the past week, I’ve baked 3 large loaves and a dozen small loaves. One large loaf and one small loaf are safely tucked in the freezer – the large one will travel with us to Mexico and the small one to Galena when we make our ski trip. I don’t know why, but seems to me it just tastes better in Mexico. 🙂
