BE

I pause to just BE. I breathe in life; I breathe out all that needs to die. I breathe in joy; I breathe out disappointment. I breathe in peace; I breathe out discord. I reach for harmony, grace, and love and fill myself with it. I open to the life that is in me and invite my light to shine into the world.
