Amped Up

Weights

Celebrating a fitness milestone today. I ‘amped up’ my weight lifting routine this morning at the gym. I got to the point where I could move to the next heavier weight for most of my arm and leg exercises. And, I think they are heavier than before the whole breast cancer thing. Wasn’t sure I’d ever get back to where I started.

Motivation? Beach bound this summer. Jim and I just bought our tickets for Portugal!
