This quote appeared in one of those pass-it-around emails with no attribution to the free-spirited, inspirational author. It’ one of many gentle reminders I’ve come across recently – suggestions from the Universe to be my own best friend, to embrace my aging, and let in the wisdom, grace, and freedom that are available with it. I have this sense that what I am looking for is right here at home, inside of me – it’s just a matter of slowing down enough to feed the flower with sunshine and water so it can bloom.
